How Your Data is Processed and Stored

Local Processing

• Voice recordings are initially processed on your device using Apple's Speech Framework.
• The App stores your recordings locally on your device by default.

Cloud Processing

• For Premium users, transcripts (not audio files) are sent to our servers for enhanced analysis.
• Analysis is performed using secure AI services to provide features like topic detection, sentiment analysis, and summaries.
• We use secure cloud storage to enable synchronization across your devices.

Where Your Data is Stored

• On-Device Storage: Voice recordings and basic transcriptions are stored on your device.
• Cloud Storage (Premium Feature): Transcripts and analysis data are stored in our secure cloud database powered by Supabase.
• iCloud Storage: When enabled, recordings can be stored in your personal iCloud account to sync across your devices.

Data Retention

• We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account with us.
• You can delete individual recordings at any time through the App.
• If you close your account, we will delete all your data within 30 days.

Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud storage and analytics.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Our App is available on the App Store with a 4+ rating, but is primarily designed for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
